Effective Ways To Learn Remote Viewing Training
Sunday, March 7th, 2010Remote viewing is actually a psychic ability, and it lets you see people, places and objects not within your normal realm of five senses. In other words, you can’t see them by natural means, but you can use your own psychic ability, which is innate, by the way, to perceive things without having to actually directly experience them.
Do not make the mistake of thinking that remote viewing is the same as an out-of-body experience, because it isn�t. Out-of-body (Astral travel) experiences are spiritual, not physical, when viewing a place or event. But anyone can successful take part in remote viewing training.
By contrast, remote viewing is really a form of what’s called ‘psychic dowsing,’ and when you engage in psychic dowsing, you’re using psychic power to seek out what you want to find. You’re basically using a form of ESP to find what you want to find, in other words, when you use remote viewing.
This form of psychic ability is latent in all humans and has never been developed while we were young. It is also true that most of us use only ten percent of our brain capacity and that leaves the other ninety percent unused, dormant and untrained. And we have no clue what to do with it.
Imagine having the capacity to be able to use your innate psychic ability to simply ‘see’ that your children are okay even if they’re away from your family. It’s simply priceless that you can use remote viewing to attain the security and peace of mind you’ll get by being able to ‘check in’ with your family members in this way.
Remote viewing is different than other forms of psychic ability because anyone can learn how to do it. In fact, studies have shown that even so-called ‘non-psychic’ people can practice remote viewing once they’ve been taught to enter into a trancelike state. And, they were very accurate as well.
You can try some of these remote training techniques on your own:
1. Get seated in a comfortable place, closing your eyes. Eliminate all distractions before beginning.
2. Relax, breathing deeply through your nose as you do so. You’ll likely find that your breathing is going to be easier to control if you ‘relax’ your tongue and press it lightly to the roof of your mouth. This will also discourage the natural tendency to yawn during this phase of your viewing.
3. Suspend your disbelief for the moment and believe that you do have the ability to practice remote viewing. Simply believing that you can do it will increase your success with remote viewing. As you go deeper into your relaxation, you need to be able to believe that you can see people, places and events that you’ve never actually physically seen.
4. To start your remote viewing training, choose something simple to focus on. In this way, you can make it possible for your mind to actually embrace the fact that you are capable of doing remote viewing. For example, you can view yourself from a place directly in front of you, as though you were looking back behind you at yourself, relaxed — perhaps as through a mirror. It can be a little difficult in some respects to let yourself see yourself in that way, but if you’re patient, you should be able to achieve this, and when you do, it will be a wonderful surprise for you.
5. Once you’ve got the control to see yourself from this type of remote perspective, try to challenge yourself a little bit more and give yourself a new location to try to view that you know very well. Perhaps it could be a family member or parent’s home you choose for this next challenge. Take note of magazines on the table or dishes in the sink that would normally not be there, and then call that person once you get a chance and confirm that you did in fact see these things where they were. This will reinforce what you’ve seen, and that’s important because it will show you that you’re really capable of achieving skill in remote viewing.
It�s possible to adjust the training exercises of remote viewing to add two to your training program. This will enable you to get feedback and results much faster. Have a friend sit in another place instead of viewing people you want to see. Have this friend repeat simple movements like pulling hair or waving with their hand. Through remote viewing try to see if you can perceive what movement your friend is repeating and compare notes for results.
Once you’ve spent some time practicing these training techniques in remote viewing, you probably find it is much quicker and easier to get yourself into a relaxed state than it has been previously. The state you achieve when you do remote viewing is very much like the trancelike state people achieve when they’re under hypnosis. Even though they’re still wide awake, their bodies are relaxed and they can access their subconscious minds much more easily.
We can much more easily access our psychic abilities of our subconscious minds, so the more you practice these techniques in remote viewing training, the more expert you’ll become.
