Green tea is great for your health. This is a fact. Actually, there was a study recently where a researcher exposed minnows to extremely radioactive substances. You would have thought they would all get cancer and die. But, instead they survived. What was the reason they survived? They didn’t live in, instead they were in green tea.
Inundating minnows with x-rays may not sound so great to you. Most people probably do not like this. But, you really have to like the results. Information like this makes me want to fill the bath tub with green tea or maybe drink a gallon a day.

Why can’t I just start drinking lots of red wine instead of taking capsules?
Well, you certainly can drink red wine, and that would be great, but only because red wine is quite tasty, not because you will be able to ingest large enough amounts of resveratrol. Red wine does not have much concentrated resveratrol. When compared with resveratrol in supplement form you would need to drink at least several bottles per day in order to get a similar amount.

This means that not enough resveratrol actually gets used by the body.
