Actually I must confess… The SPUTNIK line is from a old MIKE MYERS movie… It was Probably the only really funny line in the whole frigin movie…
I think the movie was called:
“SO I MARRIED AN AXE MURDERER”
He delivers it in the 1st five minutes of the movie, and it just keeps going downhill from there.
The movie is Just AWFULL….
I believe the movie was made in between WAYNES WORLD and AUSTIN POWERS.
But that “SPUTNIK” scene is really funny.
I knew I had heard the line but couldnt remeber where from.

I like that movie. Very funny. Also stupid, as one should expect from Mike Myers. Zster would enjoy the Scottish culture reference (there are one or two, as I recall).
I saw it a long time ago, but I do remember that when I saw it I was really disapointed.
They used the “SPUTNIK” scene for the TV Trailers, and thats what got me to go see it in the theatre.
Maybe I should watch it again. :~D

My ex-wife was on a diet of nothing but Wesson oil and Garbanzo beans. It worked for about a week and then she flipped out. She walked into a 7-11 with an AK-47 and started spraying bullets like Mr. Magoo with an out of control nail gun.
I liked that movie too. I still quote it sometimes.
