The Law of Attraction is a universal law which states that our lives depend on our thoughts and emotions. It is a law of creation. Despite the simplicity of this law, it is difficult to understand because it differs from everything we were used to believe. Famous people like Albert Einstein and Joseph Addison knew how to use the law of attraction. Albert Einstein said that everything is energy. Experts in quantum physics claim that you are influencing everything around you. Whether you use it consciously or not, this law is constantly in action as the law of gravity.

It seems that the law of attraction works for perfectly for millions of people around the world, who can talk you for hours about miraculous changes that took place in their lives. Most of them were able to solve problems, to find love and to heal themselves. The secret lies probably in the power of autosuggestion.

But what are the principles on which the law of attraction is based? How does it work?

The first thing you need to be aware when working with the law of attraction is that we attract desirable and undesirable events according to our thoughts, words, emotions and actions. Any energy that you project is perceived by others, whether it’s about anger, hatred, joy, sadness or happiness. For example, just think about the following expression: ‘The room is full of bad vibrations’. The fact is that we release constant vibrations that are transformed into positive or negative energies. The major problem is that most of the time you’re not aware of the vibrations released. Your mind is constantly influenced by external circumstances in your life such as television news, stock markets, work problems, debts and other events. All these events affect drastically your vibration.

Start by thinking about what you really want. You must focus on what you desire and to forget about lacks. You should always read and write positive affirmations, avoiding expressions like ‘I don’t want’ or ‘I can’t have’. Your statements are detailed images that you project to the universe.

Many of you are probably thinking that ‘I focused my attention on money for years, so why am I not prosperous?’ The law of attraction is simple and clear. However, our thoughts are usually poorly targeted, being influenced by external factors. For example, you can say ‘I want a new relationship.’ At this time, the universe prepares circumstances and events to bring a new relationship to you. By saying ‘I’m feeling alone’, you stop the flow of positive energy. Love yourself and have trust in your powers, because you’re the only one who can make a difference.

Everything around you has a different effect on your life: books, magazines, music, people and information that feed your mind and spirit. Start doing things that make you feel relaxed. All these facts influence your way of thinking and feelings, being in fact, your messages to the universe.

You attract exactly what you’re thinking about and people who think and feel like you. Eventually, your whole existence is determined by your thoughts and feelings.

A journal is a good tool to make you realize how many beautiful things are in your life. Amazing sunsets, birds singing, wild flowers, the laugher of a child, a walk in nature, the smile of a another person- these are all examples that melt your heart. Be grateful and enjoy everything you. Many people have lost the loved ones or don’t have the possibility to enjoy the world around them. Try to see the best part and stop thinking that something bad can happen to you.

It is very helpful also if you are willing to let yourself go and become in tune with your thoughts and feelings. Skill at being a clairvoyant is not easy to develop and it will take time to do so. A great deal of practice will be required and there will be a need to pay attention to feelings and hunches. Steps to cure Panic Attacks

Even some Doctors do not know how to cure panic attacks. We also have this belief that knowing more information will somehow make us solve more problems. For example, knowing the difference between a panic attack and a real heart condition is useful but just the recognition of the condition will not solve your problem.

Insight Therapy has not worked for over a hundred years and wil continue to be so for the next hundred.
So how do we cure panic Attacks?

Firstly, lets find out how avoid the pitfalls in the treatment of Panic attacks.

1. Stop the Pills

Stop taking any medication or prescription drugs to solve panic attacks. Most Doctors are only too happy to suggest some pills. Anti Depressants typically numb your body so you do not feel the adrenaline rush and they make you drowsy. as you may know panic attacks are nothing but misplaced flight or flight response which is hard wired into our brain.

It is our body’s way of protecting us. If you mute these responses, you may not be able to respond correctly in life threatening situations. AMA and Pharma Companies want your money and wish you continue to be a customer thus do not want to cure you. So stop the pills

2. Go easy on Caffeine/ Nicotine

The two not-illegal-but should-be drugs most people prefer is Cigarettes and coffee and both of them poison your blood stream. Such unnecessary chemicals released by your body create a lot of disturbance in your body’s isothermal state. if you blood has too much of alkaline or acidic factors, it will affect your health… mostly bad ways .

Turn down your nicotine/ Caffeine intake and replenish your body with a lot of water. Water hydrates and helps in maintaining an ideal Ph level in your blood stream. Panic attacks are caused by the blood stream which is overloaded with adrenaline and other enzymes. So dial down the bad habitual drinks and replace it with water.

3. Get a Good Massage

I can hear some of you laugh at this suggestion. But it has been proven to work very well several times. Panic attacks is common amongst people who hold on to too much of emotions. In fact if you feel their shoulders you may even notice some knots in the muscles. Those knots are nothing but bodily chemicals that should have been expunged from the body but has been stored due to repression of emotions. A Good Massage therapist will know how to release those muscles and the tension. So take a good massage from an experienced Masseur.

While these are really some general suggestion that I can give you, I suggest you check out the  some of the other effective treatments for Panic attacks. Some of these suggestions may work for you and some may not because we all are quite different.

The important part is to recognize that Panic Attacks can be cured and that you do not need to take the horrible prescription drugs that numb you out.
